It's bug-infused!
Snakwater, also called Bug Juice, is a beverage prepared by Filbo, which he serves at the parties he holds in Snaxburg. It appears to be nothing but a Pinkle's eyes and pickles floating in a jug of water. At first, nobody is seen drinking it, and Beffica scoffs about its quality. A few parties later, though, it is somewhat popular, as Cromdo is "selling" it and some party guests request it from the player.
Snakwater also refers to the liquid that Grapeskeeto and Green Grapeskeeto suck out of other Bugsnax. It is unknown if these are exactly the same substance.
Snakwater is implied to be alcoholic, at least at the final party: Shelda slurs and hiccups when drinking it, Wambus refers to it as "liquid courage" and it is shown to be surprisingly flammable, like alcohol.
