Shelda Loses Faith is the side quest for Shelda.
While Shelda has proven incredibly strong-willed for the longest time she meditated in the Sizzlin' Sands, she is slowly succumbing to the call of the toxin she tries to warn others of in her metaphorical ways of warning. Trying to keep up the facade, Shelda requests the Journalist to gather Bugsnax to be "purified" by the Mother.

Shelda wants me to offer a Bugsnax to the Box of Purity so that it can be purged. I'm very curious what that means, so I might as well.
