New Grump City[1] is a Grumpus city, supposedly a harbor and port for trade as it is located near the sea. From its shores, Snaktooth Island is visible.
The large city houses skyscrapers, the head office of GNN, libraries, gyms, academic schools of science, agriculture, etc. Aside from its beach, it is unclear how vast and populated the city is.
The city's politics is democratic; run by a mayor chosen by the vote of its citizens, and capitalist; with richness and poverty and issues that arise from it as well as corporate interest that affect workers' conditions. There is a prison system in place.
Grumpedia[]
It is unclear which Grumpuses originate from New Grump City as it is unclear what the size of the city and its surrounding area is and if that surrounding area suburbs are part of the city. The expedition team of Elizabert Megafig gathered at the port of New Grump City to board a boat that would venture to Snaktooth Island. The Journalist did the same with their airship in an attempt to avoid the problematic conditions surrounding the island.
- Clumby Clumbernut - works at GNN located in New Grump City and thus supposedly resides there as well.
- The Journalist - works at GNN located in New Grump City and thus supposedly resides there as well. They have enough room to temporarily house FilboReflections[2] with the means of getting rid of snakification before entering society once more, meaning the Journalist would supposedly live closer to shore than Filbo would supposedly do.
- Filbo Fiddlepie - going around performing jobs he cannot keep, he was contacted by Lizbert to join in this expedition and dropped "everything" to do so. As he has no place to stay post-Snaktooth it seems he either ended his rent, sold his house, and/or came from a place further away as he has not seemingly been in direct contact with Lizbert for a while.
