La Sodieux is a shrimp-like Bugsnak resembling a blue soda can with straws for legs. It is found in Boiling Bay.
Strategy[]
La Sodieux can be seen swimming around in the Boiling Bay. It makes a loop around the sea near the bay or the peninsulas. Whenever La Sodieux sees sauce slung from the Sauce Slinger on the ground or another Bugsnak, it stops in its tracks to spray it and remove the offending sauce. La Sodieux can be caught by catching it in the Snak Trap. It can also be caught with the Bug Net if the player lures a charging Paletoss Grande, Lesser Cocomite, or Greater Cocomite into La Sodieux.

- La Sodieux is a reference to the sparkling water, La Croix.
- La Sodieux is the only Bugsnak with a calorie count of 0. As a result, it has the lowest calorie count of any Bugsnak.
- Sodies use only the two outer straws for swimming and spray water from the two inner straws. All four straws are used for walking on land.
