Latches onto snax and traps with its upsettingly long tongue.
What an incredibly rude fruit!

Green Lollive is a fly-like Bugsnak resembling a green olive with a red pimiento. It is found in Flavor Falls.

Strategy[]

Two Green Lollives can be seen flying in circles around the inner and outer parts of Flavor Falls. If Green Lollive is near the Snak Trap, it will latch onto the trap with its extendable tongue and carry it as it flies. Green Lollive will also stick its tongue to other Bugsnax, the Lunchpad, the Buggy Ball, or the Trip Shot if they are covered in cheese, its favorite sauce.

To capture Green Lollive, it can be tripped out of the sky with the Trip Shot and collected in the Bug Net. It can also be caught in the Snak Trap by launching it at Green Lollive with the Lunchpad, or by having Green Lollive lick up the Snak Trap and waiting for the trap to randomly swing within catching range of Green Lollive.

Trivia[]

  • Green Lollive's use of its tongue is similar to common media depictions of frog tongues, a decision possibly made due to the close association between frogs and flies.[1]
  • Lollives were called Oloves in early builds of Bugsnax.[2]
