Gramble Loses Sleep is the main quest for Gramble Gigglefunny.
With the return of both him and Beffica Winklesnoot back to Snaxburg as the second wave of returns, Filbo's Cold Welcome follows that eventually opens the possibility for the next pair of Grumpuses to return.
The Tool obtained from this quest is the Buggy Ball containing Gramble's best-trained Bugsnak Sprout.
When entering Simmering Springs, the Journalist is confronted with a rather overbearing scientist who leaves off for the Boiling Bay as soon as they're done and shuts the door behind them. On the right side, the Journalist runs into a scene playing out with famous popstar, Wiggle Wigglebottom, serenading Gramble Gigglefunny, who Filbo Fiddlepie told them to look for.

Gramble wants me to help train the Buggy Ball by guiding it through an obstacle course. This new tool should prove invaluable for my hunting.

The Journalist is required to guide Sprout through a parkour course with the laser pointer toward a lunchpad that launches Sprout out of the course.

Gramble wants me to lure two Kweebles back to him without trapping them. I should be able to coat the Buggy Ball in chocolate to make this happen.

Lead two Kweebles to Gramble without trapping them. (2/2)
The Journalist needs to cover the Buggy Ball in Chocolate Sauce to guide two Kweebles back to Gramble. The tricky part is that Crapple is also attracted to the Buggy Ball and will pick it up to throw somewhere, causing the Kweeble's lure to break and run into hiding. Either decide to catch the Crapple so it is out of the way or attempt to avoid it.
Completing this task will automatically convince Gramble to go back to Snaxburg.

Gramble seems soft-hearted and defensive. He certainly loves Bugsnax. I will have to reunite him with his pets before he'll come home.
