Filbo Brings The House Down: Major Celebration, also referred to as Major Celebration!, is the first half of the fourth event of the story. It becomes available after getting Shelda and Floofty back to Snaxburg and having convinced Eggabell to do so too, even if she will not be present.
It is the Point of No Return - the game alerts the player of it once having interacted with Filbo to activate it. The events that follow will be auto-saved and after completing the game the player will be set back before the Point of No Return. If one closes the game during the Major Celebration, they will be put back before the Point of No Return as well.
Filbo is ecstatic with everyone's return and his involvement with Eggabell's potential return, having successfully convinced her in her Main Quest, which gives him more confidence in himself. As he promised during last event, Snaxburg Isn't Safe, they would have a big party upon everyone's return.[1]
The expedition team is socializing and all have some excuse to not hit the dance floor just yet. As such The Journalist is set on a small task to convince them or got them to interact another Grumpus who can convince them.
Alike the 'Aftermath' scenes, the Journalist observes a conversation from a distance. Afterwards they can interact with characters individually. The characters are separated in various group structures. The grouping format is a solo/duet, a quartet and a quintet - these groups can be approached in any order and do not affect other groups.

Dance Floor
The Grumpuses all have their own dance moves and "Party Barks". The latter are non-subtitled voice-lines, which for Filbo and Wiggle are unique 'dance' files, whereas for the rest it is a re-purposing of their "Launch sounds".
Oh yeah! Uh-huh! |
Oh, ride 'em! |

Oh, you see that? Bustin' a move! Watch my moves, it's as good as my singin'. |
Yee-haw! For science! |
In the Grump_Camp XML files, a section of "Party Barks" has unused text-lines - without accompanied unused voice-lines. Only Filbo's first line is used and present, but non-subtitled. As the characters cannot be interacted with during dancing there is no moment these files could pop up on the screen aside the fact these supposed voice recordings are not in the files.

References & Notes
- ↑ Eggabell has not returned and only The Journalist and Filbo know of her alive status, which the two keep from the rest of the expedition team upon Eggabell's request. She fears everyone would come "stomp around on the mountain" for some reason, which would cause an avalanche. As such, why town is not questioning the party being held without knowledge of her status is not elaborated on.
- ↑ DTD more commonly stands for 'Down to Date'.
- ↑ Oddly negative/Unneccessarily rude remark towards a person Chandlo cares about. Snorpy and Shelda share a suspicion towards Bugsnax but this line is the sole connection they were given.
- ↑ Present in both the voicebank files as the XML text files but not present in game. It sounds as if Shelda joined Chandlo in drinking upside down.
- ↑ The voice file is named "033_Gramble_ThisSongsAmazin", showing Gramble's original sentence was a positive reaction to a song, likely something Wiggle composed. Why this was changed, probably last-minute because they did not alter the file, is unclear as it would not alter the events of the main quest nor optional side quest.
- ↑ The voice file is named "034_Wiggle_ItsAmazingMy", showing Wiggle's original sentence was response to Gramble's positive reaction to a song, likely something she composed. Why this was changed, probably last-minute because they did not alter the file, is unclear as it would not alter the events of the main quest nor optional side quest.
- ↑ The voice file is named "020_Floofty_MissTriffanyHas", having Floofty address Triffany as "Miss Triffany".
- ↑ Play on "party in my pants and you're invited"
- ↑ Reference to a lyric of "Spooky Scary Skeletons"
- ↑ Reference to a lyric of "Pon De Replay" by Rihanna
- ↑ Play on a lyric of "In Da Club" by 50Cent
- ↑ Reference to a lyric of "Shining Star" by Earth, Wind & Fire
- ↑ id="396", assigned to Filbo, with an incorrect filepath and no actual file attached. It seems as if Shelda was supposed to say this line as a reply, having a very clear clairvoyant vision on what is to come.
Trivia
- Previously, any item you can pick up was a stand-in for this drink. This was likely updated with the fix of the 'auto-save of the Quake' issue.
- Gramble - Cabbage Patch / Floofty - The Robot / Filbo - Carlton Dance / Beffica - All The Single Ladies portion
- The structure in the XML Text files does not involve the quake scene.
