Eggler is a slug-like Bugsnak resembling a sunny-side-up fried egg. It is found natively in Sizzlin' Sands, though one is encased in ice in Frosted Peak.
Strategy[]
Egglers are only naturally found encased in hard shells, that must be broken to release the Snak inside. These eggs can be picked up and thrown, but to break them, they must be set on fire. This can be achieved by dousing the egg in a sauce loved by Buffalocust, causing it to dive bomb the egg and set it ablaze, though Scorpepper or Preying Picantis can also set it on fire. Eggler can also break by colliding with Loaded Spuddy, which can be instigated through saucing the Eggler or throwing the egg towards a charging Spuddy.
Once the egg breaks, Eggler will flee to the nearest bush to hide in and can be captured if coaxed out. It can also be instantly captured with the Bug Net if stunned, such as after swept up by a Flapjackarak's tornado.
